Absolutely f****** woeful business to deal with. Screwed up a PS5 pre order. No contact telephone number, no live chat, no email replies and the sh*ttest web page known to man.

Where is my Xbox. Why haven’t I been notified about a possible delay, why can’t you be a fair and deal with customers like me who’ve had a horrible experience dealing with your non existent customer service. Why can’t you carry out basic pre orders. Very sad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sat in a queue for 2 hours whilst all stock is snapped up by bots. Not that game care, they don’t even reply to emails or chat. Avoid at all costs and no wonder all the stores are closing

Worst experience I have had with a company in years. Trying to speak to someone is nigh on impossible. Haven't got the time to go through everything. If you never have the need to speak customer service you might be OK. If its for sale somewhere else, but I there.

BAD RETURNS DEPARTMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would leave 0 stars if I could! I recently bought a PowerA Fusion Pro Wireless controller from game for my boyfriend, within a couple of days I decided to return the product as it was not the right feel for him, he did not use controller he only opened it for inspection. I tried to return the product through their "14day right to change your mind" policy, where it states the product can be opened for inspection but not used, which is what happened. I have been talking with game over the last 2 weeks as there returns department rejected my return claiming it had been used when it had not! Game have also refused to refund me the money I paid to send the return that was rejected on false pretences! I will no longer use GAME to order my products online. Extremely dissatisfied with how they have approached this matter!

Same experience as others. An utter scam. Clear issues with FCA regulations here.Xbox One X available via All Access and portrayed as "In Stock". Order placed through Game Website using Klarna. No mention of PreOrder, just stock available.Then two emails. The first acknowledges your order as expected, but the second 'we're packing' email states: "we are now starting to process your pre-order and it will be dispatched the day before release via the delivery method below"Ok, so the email also states "Available: 26/03/2021" and "Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Signed". So you assume that means shipping on the 25/03 and delivery on the 27th? Uh... no. Nothing. When I sent a ticket to cancel then order I'm told that I can't cancel at this stage of shipping - but still no mention is made of my order not having been shipped, no mention of ETA, no explanations, just a confirmation that if I wish to cancel I'll have to wait for the delivery to be returned as undelivered.Scam. The very definiton of.

Ordered a PS5 from GAME. Royal mail delivered it to the wrong address and it has since gone missing hence royal mail lost it. As I paid for priority insured delivery I contacted GAME. There is no phone number only there terrible email service. In the mean time I have been dealing with royal mail complaints who have taken full responsibility for my lost PS5. Any other company it would be easy you just phone speak to someone they contact royal mail put in a claim and send me a replacement ment. But no not GAME. After a week I get a email back saying its not there problem contact royal mail. So I phone royal mail and the consumer advice bureau and they both said it is GAMES responsibility to contact royal mail and as royal mail have accepted responsibility for the loss it is just a simple case of sending a replacement. I emailed GAME back and yet a week later no reply.

Ordered a Nintendo Switch 3 days ago and paid an additional £7.99 for next day delivery. Considering the current situation we are in I was understanding of maybe an extra day but I’ve now been waiting 3 days and it still isn’t here. I tried to phone up to speak to someone about the issue and I was trying to call all day but all I was getting was “we are currently closed” so I then tried to phone up a store but then received an automated message saying the phone line was no longer in use. If you are experiencing delays with deliveries please remove next day delivery from your website.

just waited 3 hours in queue on your site for the 3rd time for my autistic child for to get to website to say out of stock yet again this system is not right knowing the frustration & the upset many children have due to your way of scamming people to stay in queue when no consoles left p**s take at its best if no consoles end the queues stop messing with peoples heads

Made me wait over 5 hours for a PS5 in a queue. Finally got to checkout, console only was sold out so had to get a bundle, once I paid and order confirmation came through email I got a second email cancelling my order. Security problem? My personal card, my registered address, my email and my telephone. How can it fail? I've used Game for years but no longer a fan. They've upset alot of people today and this is going to cost them in the long term. 0 Stars.

5 hours of waiting to see out of stock,was it hard just to kick me off straight when it was clear?

Making people wait in an online queue for 5 hrs what a joke. Poor handling of the drop by game when non gaming sites handle their drops better.
